Keystone Coaching Online provides digital self-coaching, personal development and learning resources, including workbooks, guides, assessments and related materials.

2. Digital products

Unless otherwise stated, our digital products are supplied electronically.

For products such as Finding Your Starting Point, you are purchasing a digital workbook in PDF format. No physical product will be shipped unless a product page specifically states otherwise.

You are responsible for ensuring you have suitable software and a compatible device to access and use the product.

3. Personal-use licence

When you purchase a Keystone Coaching Online digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that product for your own personal use.

You may:

  • download and save the product to your own devices;

  • print copies for your own personal use; and

  • complete, annotate and use the workbook for your own development.

You may not:

4. Intellectual property

All content made available by Keystone Coaching Online, including text, frameworks, exercises, graphics, layouts, branding, downloadable files and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Keystone Consulting Group Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

5. Payments

Prices are displayed in the currency stated on the relevant product page.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

By completing a purchase, you authorise the applicable payment provider to process the payment using the details you provide.

6. Access and delivery

Digital products are made available after successful payment.

Access may be provided through a download page, email, customer account or another digital delivery method.

You are responsible for downloading and securely saving purchased files once access is provided.

7. Refunds

Refunds for digital products are governed by our Refund Policy.
