Refund Policy

Last updated: 14 September 2026

This Refund Policy applies to digital products purchased directly from Keystone Coaching Online.

Keystone Coaching Online is operated by Keystone Consulting Group Pty Ltd, Australia.

Because our products are digital and are made available for download immediately after purchase, different considerations apply to refunds than for physical goods.

1. Change-of-mind refunds

Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.

Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind once the digital product has been made available to you.

This includes circumstances where you:

  • decide you no longer want the product;

  • change your mind after purchasing;

  • do not use or complete the product;

  • purchase the product but later decide it is not suitable for your personal circumstances; or

  • fail to download or save the product after access has been provided.

2. Problems accessing your purchase

If you experience a technical problem accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us.

We will first work with you to resolve the issue or provide replacement access where reasonably possible.

A technical difficulty that can reasonably be resolved by restoring or providing access does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

3. Faulty or incorrectly supplied products

If a digital product is faulty, materially different from its description, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise does not meet a consumer guarantee that applies under Australian law, please contact us.

Depending on the circumstances and your rights under applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include:

  • replacement access;

  • correction of the product or delivery issue; or

  • a refund.

4. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law that cannot legally be excluded.

Where Australian Consumer Law provides you with a right to a remedy, this policy does not override that right.

5. Purchases through third-party marketplaces

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly through Keystone Coaching Online.

If you purchase one of our products through a third-party platform or marketplace, such as Amazon, Etsy or Google Play, refund requests are generally subject to the policies and procedures of that platform.

Please contact the relevant platform regarding refunds for purchases processed by them.

6. Requesting assistance or a refund

If you believe there is a problem with your purchase or that you are entitled to a refund, contact us at:

keystonecoaching@keyactlearn.com

Please include:

  • your name;

  • the email address used for the purchase;

  • the product purchased;

  • the date of purchase; and

  • a brief explanation of the issue.

We may request additional information reasonably necessary to locate the transaction or understand the problem.

7. Approved refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be returned using the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
